These rates reflect service calls performed within our regular operating hours: 9:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday.
Diagnostic, maintenance, install and repair all bill at the same rate. One-hour minimum on every dispatched service call.
Travel fees are charged anytime a coffee technician is dispatched to your location for service work, with a 15-minute minimum. All travel is billed from Steady Ground in Blacksburg to site location. Travel time is charged in full on the outbound trip only.
Gaskets, screens, solenoids, pump heads, pressurestats, common burr sets and filtration ride with us. If a part has to be ordered, you get the lead time and the price before we place it.
