Half of the calls we take are habits, not hardware. Skilling sessions run on your equipment, with your coffee. One session rate any day, weekdays and weekends. Sessions are quoted plus travel. Travel stays at $50/hr, weekends included.
One-on-one or a pair, on your own machine and grinder. We'll focus on bean selection and roast level, grind, dose, distribution, and extraction targets — enough to leave with a dial-in recipe you can repeat.
